FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

In order to access the Soldier Ride application, all warriors will need an account with our WWP Accounts website at accounts.woundedwarriorproject.org. If you are a registered WWP Alumni, your WWP Connect username and password will not work on this website unless you used the same information to create this account.

I have an account on WWP Accounts, but I do not remember my password.You will need to reset your password. To reset your password, you will need to provide the email address used during account registration.

I do not have an account with WWP Accounts and need to create one.If you do not have an account, please create one in order to access the Soldier Ride application. Two items to keep in mind while creating your account if you are already a registered WWP Alumni:

1. As you create your new account, please provide the same email address and password used during Alumni registration if possible.
2. Your WWP Connect user name and password will not automatically give you access to the WWP Accounts website. These are separate websites and you will need to create an account on the WWP Accounts website.

What is a WWP Alumni?WWP Alumni are Wounded Warriors who incurred service-connected wounds, injuries, and illness or mind, body or spirit on or after September 11, 2001. If you are a warrior who meets the above requirements, we encourage you to register. Once registered, all Wounded Warrior Project programs and services will be available to you.
