Michele Flynn is an investor in and serves on the board of Opus Global, parent company of Hiperos LLC, the rapidly growing company she founded in 2007. She built Hiperos into a leading cloud-based platform chosen by numerous global corporations to extract maximum value from outsourcing and vendor/supplier relationships by collaboratively managing onboarding, risk assessment/management, compliance, performance, and training.
Flynn is a successful serial entrepreneur and corporate advisor who is internationally recognized as an authority on management of both third-party relationships and corporate real estate. She is board chairman of SIREAS LLC, a new advisory firm founded in 2015 to guide corporations in reshaping corporate real estate, facilities, and sourcing management. Flynn also joined the Wounded Warrior Project® (WWP) Advisory Council in 2015.
In 1997, Flynn founded Expense Management Solutions (EMS), a cost-saving and value-building solutions provider in corporate real estate, procurement, and shared administrative services for Fortune 500 companies.
Prior to EMS, Flynn was the vice president and manager of real estate and administrative services for Liberty Mutual Group, where she was responsible for driving $180 million in corporate savings by leading the reengineering of procurement, real estate, and other administrative service functions. Flynn also previously held a number of executive positions with insurance companies and various investment banking and consulting firms.
Flynn holds a Master of Business Administration in real estate and finance from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Arts in international relations from Mount Holyoke College. She is board certified in corporate real estate through the International Development Research Council and certified in real estate finance through the Costa Institute.
