Through their Military Vehicle Purchase Program, Nissan is offering special vehicle savings to active, reserve, retiree and veteran (must be within 12 months of active duty) U.S. military, as well as their spouses or partners.
Under Armour® is proud to be the official apparel partner of Wounded Warrior Project®. Under Armour helps support Wounded Warriors and their families in a variety of ways. From monetary donations and public awareness to programmatic support, Under Armour honors those who Protect This House®!
In 2010, Under Armour began supporting the WWP backpack program, which distributes backpacks to wounded service members when they first enter military treatment facilities in Landstuhl, Germany, and stateside. In addition to underwriting the program, Under Armour fills each WWP backpack with customized UA essentials and information regarding WWP’s 18 innovative programs and services. Since 2010, Under Armour and WWP have sent over 6,000 backpacks to Wounded Warriors recovering in military hospitals in Germany and across the nation.
Between August 2012 and December 2016, Under Armour will make a donation of over $5 million to WWP helping veterans and their families not only survive, but thrive in life post-injury.
Under Armour also supports WWP through monthly work-outs at Under Armour’s headquarters and the Under Armour Combine Training center. In addition, awareness is created annually by NCAA Division I football teams who wear specially designed WWP and Under Armour branded uniforms.
Through Harley-Davidson’s Operation Personal Freedom™ (OPF) Campaign, supporters can shop the OPF collection online or visit a participating dealer and show their support for the servicemen and women who are living with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Harley-Davidson will donate 10% of the manufacturer’s suggested retail price of the items in their OPF collection to Wounded Warrior Project® (WWP) through December 31, 2016.
