Lisa Marks Associates, Inc. serves as Wounded Warrior Project’s official licensing and marketing agency for licensing partnerships and opportunities.

No. Licensed products generate trademark royalty revenue through a licensing agreement. While the purchase of a licensed product is not considered a charitable donation or fundraising activity, royalties generated by licensing do help support WWP programs and services. 

To accurately describe the relationship, we ask licensees to use one of the following approved references:

  • “We are an official Wounded Warrior Project® licensee.”
  • “{Company} is an official licensee of Wounded Warrior Project®.”

Yes. All uses of WWP trademarks, logos, and brand assets are reviewed and approved to help ensure brand consistency and proper trademark usage.
