Adaptive Sports Program for Veterans
Empowering warriors to reach their highest potential through modified athletic opportunities
The Wounded Warrior Project® (WWP) Adaptive Sports program empowers warriors to unleash their highest potential by participating in modified athletic opportunities designed for their individual abilities. Through single-day and multi-day clinics, warriors learn to use adaptive sports equipment and develop athletic skills. Additionally, warriors are introduced to seasoned adaptive sports athletes and connected with local resources. This lays the groundwork for them to continue improving their physical fitness while connecting with other veterans and their community through sport.
What We Provide:
- Specialized clinics that are geared for individual ability levels
