Asking for Help is the First Step to Feeling Better

Wounded Warrior Project® (WWP) is here to help you overcome the mental and emotional challenges you or your loved ones may be facing. If you need support for a specific mental health problem—or if you’re having problems sleeping, controlling your anger, or readjusting to civilian life—you are not alone. And we can help.

Through interactive programs, rehabilitative retreats, and professional services, you can build the resilience you need to overcome mental health challenges, including post-traumatic stress disorder, traumatic brain injury, and more.

Submitting this simple form will allow a WWP mental health teammate to reach out to you and have a brief, informal screening conversation. Calls typically take 20-30 minutes. You can expect to hear about WWP’s mental health programs as well as clinical services. Mental health teammates are familiar with military culture, compassionate, non-judgmental, and most importantly—mission-driven and here to serve you.

Don’t be afraid to ask for help – you deserve to feel better and receive the support you need for recovery. There’s enough help available for anyone ready to work through what’s been holding them back. Check out some of the programs and services we offer below.
